Since 2003, ACIC has been offering high-performance andinnovative solutions for automated video surveillance and intelligent video surveillance. The team of founders of the MULTITEL research centre has inherited knowledge and technologies from renowned Belgian university laboratories such as UCL and UMONS. Collaborations with these research entities continue to help keep ACIC at the cutting edge of technology.
With the increase in the number of cameras, the automation of video surveillance has become indispensable, both for sensitive sites, critical infrastructure and for urban video surveillance.
Innovative solutions combining VCA (Video Content Analysis) technologies with Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) technologies ACIC has developed its own neural networks in order to respond in a targeted way to issues requiring the use of Deep Neural Networks (DNN) technologies.
Many products in our range use these technologies, the mastery of which is the result of numerous research projects in which our technical teams participated.
Acic ActivityDetection® produces an alarm when an object crosses a virtual line or is present for some time in a secure area. Smart algorithms adapt to environmental conditions to limit false alarms due to parasitic movements or changes in illumination.

Acic AutoTracking®automates the continuous and autonomous tracking of an object/person through the smooth operation of a PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) camera. The solution is compatible with the main brands and VMS on the market.

Acic TrafficMonitoring®is a video analytics solution for traffic management and monitoring. The algorithms used allow simultaneous processing of several traffic routes in the outside and in the tunnels. In all contexts, Acic TrafficMonitoring® provides real-time individual vehicle counts or traffic rate data. This suite of products also allows todetect incidents in the field of viewsuch as abnormal speed drops or wrong ways.
